I am starting this blog to keep myself accountable and to help anyone else who may stumble across it and find it helpful.
Today, I am 90kg and 168cm tall.
I have been around 65kg my whole adult life, but gained a lot of weight during and after my first pregnancy 3.5 years ago.
Enough is enough.
I turn 39 in May and it is my intention to lose 20.9kg by my birthday.
I have decided to follow a low-carb, high fat diet (LCHF) along with Intermittent Fasting (16:8). Also no grains and no more than 6 tsp of sugar per day.
